.Net C# Developer
Software Design requires a .Net C# Developer with the ability to take development
projects from its initial early stages right through to a completed and successful
role-out. Reporting to the Lead Developer, the successful candidate will be required
to mix their hands-on development experience and enthusiasm in order to deliver
key projects.

Duties:
- Work as member of the development team.
- Take direction from Technical lead.
- Create and follow design specifications.
- Focus on delivering project/personal tasks on time and to best practices and industry guidelines.
- If required document all application design/coding to best practices and industry guidelines.
- Participate in design and code reviews. Provide positive/creative feedback to Technical lead/development team.
- Provide timely progress/issue reporting to Technical lead/development team.
- Prioritise workload and manage time efficiently. Take ownership for tasks focusing on results and successful implementation.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Min. 2 years development experience in the following;
- C#, Visual Studio.NET SQL
- Server 2000/2005/2008 OO Design experience
- Experience in a team-oriented development environment focusing on MS technologies.
- Experience with Methodologies, Processes, Tools and Templates required supporting the Project Delivery Lifecycle.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of XML, HTML, CSS, XHTML
- Windows Services, WIN32 Programming
- Web services/XML based application development
- Unit Testing MySQL, Java, JSP
- Knowledge of Design Patterns
- UML
- C++, VB, Perl, PHP
- Multithreaded application development
Qualifications:
A relevant third-level degree.
